The council of Shigawake, would like to express its heart-felt condolences to the family and friends of M. Elton Hayes who passed away on the 28th of January 2020.

M. Hayes will be remembered for his 49 years of service and dedication to our Municipality, as a councillor from 1959 to 1983 and director general from 1985 to 2010.
